For All appointments credit card details will now need to be given. They will be stored on Sage Pay. The card will be pre-authorised for the consultation fee, which is £25 for all beauty appointments. The card will not be charged in advance but will be charged if a client fails to attend the appointment or cancels outside of the cancellation policy time and doesn’t contact us.

2. Payment Terms
We accept cash and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Maestro (formerly Switch) and Solo. We no longer accept cheques. Payment must be made either in advance or at the time of the procedure.
3. Personal Details
You agree that we Cosmedics Beauty can use your personal details for the purposes of providing you with beauty services as well as providing pre- and post-treatment advice for you.
We may also use your contact details to provide you with occasional information about other services we provide or may provide in the future. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us. If you do not tell us, we will assume you are happy to receive this information.
All credit card details are stored securely off-site by Sage Pay in accordance with PCI compliance regulations.
The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. See individual treatment pages for pricing information. Prices are subject to consultation. Any price quoted in your consultation will then take precedence over prices that may be quoted on this website or elsewhere.
5. Refusal of Treatments
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if our professionals consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual. We have a strict patient selection criteria to ensure patients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that we advise, in your best medical interests, that treatment is not appropriate. We will also not proceed with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable.
Please note that we do not provide treatments for anyone aged under 18 years.
6. Refund Policy (Pre-Paid Courses)
Cosmedics Beauty gives full or partial refunds for any unused laser hair removal, CACI, Murad, Guinot or HD Brow treatments within pre-paid courses up to 14 days from the purchase date. If any of the course treatments have been used the amount to be refunded will be based on individually priced treatments and not the course discount price.
If you are unable to complete your course due to medical reasons and advice from your doctor we would need to see a letter from the Doctor giving the reasons you cannot continue with treatment to consider a partial refund. We would not consider any refunds at all after 12 months from the purchase date.
For any refunds there will be an admin fee of £50.
Cosmedics does not give refunds for any products purchased
7. Beauty Therapists
We may occasionally have to change the therapist performing your treatment due to unforeseen circumstances but will do our best to inform you in advance.
8. Cosmedics Skin Clinics
All doctor-led skin treatments are offered by Cosmedics Skin Clinics, which is a separate company to Cosmedics Beauty.
We do understand if clients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for non-attendance or where cancellation is shorter than our policy. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- For all beauty appointments up to an hour we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy with a fee of £25
- For all beauty appointments over an hour we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy with a fee of £50
- For clients on a course of treatment who fail to attend an appointment more than once or cancel outside of the cancellation policy time we reserve the right to deduct a course session from the client
